Unleash Your Creativity at MECCA! Explore the art of upcycled jewelry, printmaking, sewing, beading, stained glass, and more through our hands-on workshops! Our expert local artists will guide you through a variety of techniques and mediums. But that’s not all – we also offer professional development opportunities for artists looking to take their skills to the next level. Learn how to market, sell, and promote your art, and connect with other creatives in the community.

Join our crafty kid’s club! Drop by most Saturdays, anytime from 11am-2pm, for a fun-filled morning of creative play and recycled art activities with our favorite early childhood educator, Nellie Huggins! Bring the kids (and don’t worry, grown-ups can craft too!) for a child-led experience that’s all about imagination and self-expression. We’ll provide the supplies – you bring the creativity and enthusiasm! Located at 555 High Street, across from 5th Street Market.

Need a place to create? Looking for inspiration? Our studio is located in the MECCA store and is always open during open hours. It is open to the public and is pay-by-donation. We suggest $3-$5/hour per person. Studio fees include space, supplies, and anything from our pay-what-you-can section. Supplies from the main store can be purchased separately.

Studio space is available on a drop-in basis. However, if you are with a group or will need extra room, please give us a call at 541-302-1810.
